Order Modifications

Orders cannot be modified after they have been submitted. Please carefully review your products and total purchase amount, and verify that your shipping address is entered correctly ahead of placing your order. If you need assistance, please contact us at shop@salonon30th.com.

 

Shipping Times

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of submission. Once your order has been shipped, shipping and delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • Economy (UPS Ground Saver or USPS Ground Advantage): 5-8 business days
  • Standard (UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day Select): 3-4 business days

Orders shipped via UPS Ground Saver are transferred to USPS for the final delivery.

We ship anywhere in the United States. Please allow additional processing time for orders located outside of the continental U.S. (i.e. Hawaii or Alaska).

Free economy shipping is available for orders of $100 or more, with an estimated delivery time of 5-8 business days.

 

Damages or Order Issues

We strive to provide an excellent experience for our customers each step of the way when shopping with Salon on 30th Shop. We carefully package and document the shipping process of each order to ensure that you receive the correct items, and that they arrive to you safely.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at shop@salonon30th.com if the item is defective, damaged, appears to have been tampered with, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and offer a solution.

Please provide your order number, photos of your products, and any information describing the issue. We may request additional information.
